Tracy Pell was born in La Ceiba, Honduras and grew-up in Central America and the United States. This early exposure to the limitations created by lack of opportunity led to a passion for social entrepenuership. Ms. Pell believes great things are accomplished by nuturing the inate potential within individuals and communities.

A graduate of Texas Woman’s University with a BFA in Graphic Design she has worked in advertising and marketing since 1994. Currently employed with a large Beauty Distributor, her past experiences include work with RR Donnelley, Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, CNA Insurance, Ameritech, and Bowne. In addition to her interest in graphic design and marketing, Ms. Pell has mentored at-risk kids in her local community for over 12 years.
